TERRARIOS​​

Terrarios is an architectural project that explores two housing typologies: courtyard houses and L-shaped apartments. By combining these typologies, the design integrates green spaces throughout the building. The ground floor consists of two courtyard houses with lateral courtyards, fostering communal areas for social interaction. The upper levels are comprised of L-shaped apartments, which, when stacked, continue the concept of courtyard gardens, maintaining a cohesive flow of green spaces and fostering opportunities for community engagement.

A screen envelops the building, providing privacy for residents while allowing cross-ventilation and natural light to permeate the spaces. This element enhances the environmental performance of the project, balancing comfort with openness.
